Relieves leg tension
I was involved in a rear end car accident recently and I couldn't do heavy lifting during the six months of treatment. I used this regularly and my legs don't feel so tight. It feels less intense with consistency. I was realistic with expecting results after three months or so as far as cellulite, but I see improvement after a month. This is a great motivator for self-care.
