This could save your life
I drive 1 hour to/from work daily. Some days it is hard to stay awake. Reviewed other ear based products and did not seem to meet need. Wanted to know when eyes closed. This does that reliably. I now know I yawn 6x per drive! It does take a while to figure out best position in car and get used to controls, but once you do, it is great. I chose not to permanently affix, but rather use weighted bean bag & sticky pad for dash so I could remove to deter theft. I predict this product will save my life in my work commute.

This could save a life!
This is a very clever device. I try not to drive tired, but there are times when this could come in handy. If you have a long commute or are concerned about tired driving you should consider this product. It's very easy to set up and really works.

Good for highway driving
Very useful, some synchronizing issues where you may have to push it up or down a bit. Unplugging and plugging it into cigarettes lighter every time you want to use it is a pain so I installed a switch and wired it. Do not use for city driving, it will go off every time you look to make a turn. And oddly enough yawning sets it off. But great for driving long hours or just fatigued On a highway.
