Perfect gift for boy or girl
Actually, bought 3 of these for grandkids at Christmas 2016. 2 worked perfectly. 1 seemed to freeze and remote did not respond. Sharper Image customer service was very helpful. Printed label for return and shipped. They sent a new one which took about 2 weeks. Robots are fun although kids figured out how to operate way faster than me! Go figure. I'd say suitable for ages 7 - 12

Hit of the party grandson love it.
To my surprise it was a great product,if I had. another grandson I'D buy another one. I can say it's well worth the money,would make a great Xmas gift.. I can' t see anything wrong with it. Has a good speed and shooting the disc make it more fun for the kids.My four year old granddaughter loved it .I think all kids would real enjoy this. Well worth the money I paid for it. It's for my grandsons birthday he's 8 loves it.

My 2 year old grandson was given this for his birthday, and the entire family, including his 4-year old brother and father had great fun with this robot. Very entertaining and perfectly safe...with bright lights,music and moves to hold the interest of all ages.

So much fun for all ages!!
The robot was gifted to our 2-year old grandson, and was the hit of his party. All children and adults had so much fun! Lights,music, dancing, and soft disc throwing were entertaining to the children....and very safe.

Great toy, real review
Bought 3 of these for grandkids ages 6 - 12. Two worked, one didn't. Absolutely no problem at all returning and got exchange. These were Christmas gifts and the kids enjoyed playing with them as did their fathers. Price was reasonable and certainly took the headache away of 'what to get' grandkids. The only con, is the directions need to note there are TWO places to turn robot on. BACK and FRONT.
