SO EASY AND CONVENIENT!
Love to use this for smoothies, which I just got into making for healthier diet. It's great that it takes little room to store and is easy to get out of a drawer to use, unlike our huge blender or mixer which are so unwieldy. I am sold on this and recommend it highly.

Better than Braun
My husband had a Braun immersion blender he used almost daily but it finally broke recently. We read many reviews including J. Kenji Lopez-Alt's recommendation to go with Cuisinart Smart Stick. We are glad we did. The Smart Stick is very powerful, but light and easy-to-use. It is amazingly quiet, which is helpful because hubs uses this for making breakfast (scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc.) so we can cook without waking the kids. This tool is easy to clean and store. One drawback: when we lifted the manufacturer's sticker, there was a scratch across the body of the Smart Stick. It doesn't affect the function and it isn't as if we display our immersion blender, but it seems like it might scratch easily, so beware.
