Great product

I had received this item and battery would not charge. Contacted Sharper Image and they sent a replacement out immediately. The replacement one worked. It works great. Heats up nicely and fits really gods around knee.

Works well and as advertised

My dad uses it for both his knees for pain and ache due to arthritis and previous knee surgery. We're looking for battery powered heating pads that get as hot as 120V plug in traditional heating pads. Most did not get hit enough or run long enough for him. This one does.
