I would recommend this product to others.
I mainly purchased this because I seem to store a lot of tension at the tops of my shoulders, on either side of my neck, and it translates to pain. With this massage gun I am able to target those painful areas, and it really works! Sometimes just a few minutes of using the round ball attachment on my shoulders can zap pain that's been bothering me for hours. I haven't explored the heat attachment, or tried very many of the other attachments, but I haven't needed to. Good product!

I mainly wanted this massage gun for the tops of my shoulders, where I seem to store a lot of tension that causes soreness. It works wonderfully! As someone else stated in a review, the documentation is truly terrible - barely helpful at all - so you have to just 'wing it' getting to know how to use the different settings, what does what, etc. It contains two rubber pads with female plugs - but they are not explained, and it is not clear where they are to be attached - or what they are for! I downloaded the 'manual' but it was exactly the same as the unintelligible documentation. However, if one can live without written explanation of the device, then it is a great massage tool. And that's the point, after all! Relief of shoulder pain, for me.
