Sizing Guide: For forearm use, measure the circumference of the widest part of your forearm. For elbow use, measure the circumference 3” above your elbow (toward your shoulder).

Great for pain relief
This is great to have. It is easier than having to hold and ice pack on. You can relieve some pain while still getting other things done around the house. It is easy to use with a dial to tighten the strings.
