I would buy this product over and over.
I have used 2 of them and another for my husband now I am getting one for my son. I love mine have bought 2 for myself I wore one out. lol

This heating pad is great!
This heating pad is great! The weight combined with the heat is very relaxing. When I just need to unwind at the end of the day this is perfect. The vibration helps when I have sore muscles. I love it!

I love the weight but..
The weight and heat are amazing. A great combination that makes me relax easy. However the down side is a big one. When u turn on the massage part the little motors rattle so loudly against the clay beads. It's so loud it's actually distracting. I don't think I would by product again bc of how loud it is.

2nd one. Both stopped working.
I bought a second one after my first one just stopped working randomly with a flashing red light. Now 3 months later the second one I bought has also stopped working with the same issue.

Stopped working after three weeks
I bought this pad to relieve back pain before bed. It worked great initially, however, stopped working after three weeks.

I would not buy this product again.
Received as Christmas gift in 2022. Did not use it. Began to use this Christmas. Used it for one week. Control shorted out and it doesn't work. I wish I'd used sooner so I could return the product.

Disappointing
No where near the size portrayed in the picture. Does not get as hot as a plain box heating pad. Two bulky cylinders on opposite ends of the pad act as massagers are incredibly loud.
