Bose Cinemate GS II
The compact size fits well into my small home. While it may be compact it delivers 1st class sound. The remote delivers as promised. It controls the Bose, my tv & cable box which helped eliminate control clutter.

Bose and Sharper Image go great together
Wonderful sound, wanted to get Bose System for long time, finally got one and so far no regrets. The set up was a breeze. Universal Remote is also wonderful. You can't go wrong with Bose System from Sharper Image.

Very good speaker with compact size
The sound is obviously better than the one in the TV system. The only con for me is that it turn off automatically if you are not using it for a while. And each time I turn on the TV, I need to turn on the speaker as well and need to adjust the speaker's volume again. It's not a big problem for me, but it really troubles my parents. They some time don't know why the TV sound is muted.

Quality sound - lacking in bass
The product attaches easily to the TV using a provided optical or RCA cable. Its upper and mid ranges are precise, beautiful, and crisp. The huge acoustimass module (i.e. subwoofer) was disappointing to me though. While it could occasionally achieve deep low notes, I felt the lower register of the sound system to be generally very lacking, even with the acoustimass module's bass increased. That being said, the system is still beautiful looking, is simple to install, and a solid system.
