Beautiful design. Much more attractive than competitors' versions. Love looking at it, and it sounds fantastic. Very fun product to use. Was a gift for my fiance, and he loves it!

everything is good except fedex
The product has a classic yet attractive design, typical Bose style. It's about a notebook size, can be easily fit in your backpack, a bit heavy for its size though. Battery lasts for almost a whole day. Bluetooth pairing is simple but cannot pair with more than one device at a time. However, Fedex was the only con in this process, it did not ship on time (they said they mistakenly did not put it on the truck!), the customer service said you may pick up in their warehouse 20 miles away from my home, who will do that on Christmas Eve?! They just keep saying it's beyond their control and not the CS's fault, hey, you owe me a sincere "Sorry!" as I was waiting at home for a couple of hours hoping it arrive on time until it passed due, never any alerts were given! I suggest Sharper Image request a refund from Fedex and please keep it to yourself, I am very happy with you guys, thank you!

Very nice portable Bluetooth speaker!
Was deciding between this one and a few others in the same category. Went with Bose because the design is beautiful, it looks really nice in any room in the house. It also sounds fantastic! Couldn't ask for a better product. Was a gift for my fiancé and he is very happy with it! Also, I'm glad I went with the leather version. Beautiful.

Modern w a tinge of retro, great sound!
I got this for my fiance since he loves music. He said he's been eyeing this for a while and loves the design and the fact that it's bluetooth/wireless so he can leave it near the kitchen while he cooks or just anywhere around our 2 story loft!
