How to measure: Measure around your forehead, just above the ears, and around your hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cutoff, we recommend that you order the smaller size Bluetooth RunPhones, as there is a bit of stretch in the material.

This SOUNDS like a great product
I have always had trouble with earbuds falling out so this is a great alternative. Love it is washable so I don't have to worry about sweat and soft and comfy for sleeping.
