This is the best invention for women in the last century! How is this a secret? Everyone should have one. Every school, every hospital, every business should have one available. How many hours of productivity are lost every year due to cramps? This works in 10 minutes or less, 98% of the time! Amazing!

Takes a Few Tries, But Great Product
I really like the Ziivaa belt, and it has helped me immensely with my menstrual cycle. When I first was given the belt, it was a little difficult for me. It can cause some pressure on the hip, but I fixed it by laying on a pillow. It took me a few times, but I found that the perfect way to use the belt is to pull it very, very tight. I had to customize the belt, but now I have the perfect position and tightness. I used it for my last menstrual cycle and my cramps were relieved within four minutes of placing the belt. Like any new thing that you have to learn, it may take a few times to get the best results.
