Amazing Hassle Saver
This set of tools is amazing. We changed a light bulb standing on the floor that we otherwise would have had to drag in at least a 12 foot ladder. This tool easily unscrewed and screwed back in the bulb with no problem and no instructions necessary! Dusting high on any surface is a breeze. Haven't tried the window cleaner attachment yet, but have faith it works great too!

SUPER EASY CLEANING
I boight this especially because I have a floor to ceiling fireplace, wall to wall & ceiling to floor windows and a 2 story front foyer. This will be GREAT because NO MORE getting out the big ladder.

Easy Reach
I bought this because of the extended reach it gives me for cleaning my 2nd story ceiling fan. Also, for cleaning my windows in family room, they are from floor to 18' high ceiling & go from one end of the room to the other. I haven't used it yet, but, when I need to change the light bulb out in the family room ceiling, I won't have to struggle. So far, I have not found nothing bad about it.
