Buy 2 of the Wide Size and Sleep Like a Baby
I love these pillows. I would never recommend anything other than the wide size since narrow pillows give you no arm support when lying on your back (which is very uncomfortable). These are very comfortable pillows, the nicest pillows I've ever had, but I find that I really need to sleep on two to be reasonably comfortable. So take that into account when you look at the price. If you can't afford two, you can always bolster one by using pillows you already own under one of these. Actually, for the most comfort, add a pillow under the back pillow when you use two. Then you can be really comfortable and sleep like a baby. These are great for back sleeping or side sleeping, and, with a few pillows to bolster these, they are suitable for reading or computing in bed too. They are large pillows but very cloud-like. Their fluffiness makes them very comfortable, but it also makes the pillow smaller when you lie on it. Hence the need for two and perhaps a little bolstering too. I'm extremely happy I bought these.

Great pillow for comfort!
I purchased this pillow in the king size for my husband, who is a veteran! He had a neck fusion on top multiple back surgery. This pillow gives him the support for his neck and restful nights. Watching TV is comfortable too. This 10 in 1 pillow allows you to throw it around till you find your aha moment. Recommend this pillow!
