Great Relaxation Tool!
I was looking for an item that would help me relax and this product is perfect! The mat feels amazing and it is very easy to relax with! I highly recommend this item if you are looking for a great relaxation product.

Quality Product
It took me a bit to get adjusted to this product. It is very stiff, but as I continued to up the heat it worked better. I do believe it is helpful overall for my aches and pains and moving my energy. I would say 4.5 but that wasn't an option.
