What You Need to Get Started

The smoker holds and directs the smoke, but the chips have to be lit. That is the job of the Cocktail Smoker Torch, item 210671, which is sold separately and required for use.

Everything else is in the box: the smoker base with its magnetic lid, the stainless steel chip cup, 4 oz of wood chips by volume, a 9V battery already installed, and instructions.

The included chips cover cherry, hickory, apple, and pecan. Each brings a different character — cherry and apple lean sweeter and lighter, hickory and pecan run deeper and more assertive.
