Your order has been received by SharperImage.com and is being processed in the warehouse. Please allow 1–2 business days for it to ship. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once it’s on the way.

SharperImage.com does not offer replacement parts or repair services, as we are not the product manufacturer. If you received a defective item and need an exchange, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-714-7444 to request a replacement.
Q: Can I get information on returns, replacement parts, or purchasing an Ionic Breeze?
We’re unable to assist with returns, replacement parts, or purchases of the Ionic Breeze. SharperImage.com is a new business venture that started in October 2009 and is not affiliated with The Sharper Image Corporation (TSIC), which manufactured the Ionic Breeze and filed for bankruptcy in 2008. Q: How does a Cash Back Coupon Work?
Cash Back Coupons are emailed within 2 business days after your order ships. A valid email address is required to qualify. If any item from the qualifying order is returned, the entire Cash Back Coupon will be void, and a full refund will be processed. If the Cash Back Coupon has already been redeemed, the cash back amount will be deducted from your return credit. Products are subject to availability. Q: What's the difference between a Gift Card and an Electronic Gift Card?
An Electronic Gift Card is emailed to you within 1–2 business days after purchase. You can print it to give in person or forward it to the recipient, and it can be used immediately on www.sharperimage.com. A physical Gift Card, however, is mailed within 3–5 business days.
Q: How do I redeem a Gift Card?
Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards can be redeemed exclusively at SharperImage.com. To use, add items to your cart, enter the Gift Card code in the Promo Code/Gift Card box, and click 'Apply.' You can also enter the code on the Order Summary, Shipping, or Payment pages. Please note: only one Gift Card can be used per order.
Q: What if my order total is more than my Gift Card balance?
Keep your Gift Card code secure. Any remaining balance can be applied toward your next purchase.
Q: Can I return my Gift Card or redeem it for cash?
Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Q: What happens if I return a product purchased with a Gift Card?
Please follow the standard return policy. If your Gift Card is still active, we'll apply your refund to it. If your purchase involved both a Gift Card and another form of payment, we will first credit or replace the amount originally deducted from the Gift Card, then refund the remaining balance to your other payment method.
Q: What should I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. However, we may be able to resend the Electronic Gift Card email to the original purchaser. If you lose your Electronic Gift Card, please call 1-877-714-7444 for assistance.

Your Gift Card will never expire, and no dormancy fees apply unless otherwise specified.
Q: Are Gift Card purchases subject to tax?
The state does not tax Gift Card purchases. However, if you use a Gift Card to make a purchase, that purchase will be taxed only if it’s being shipped to Michigan or Tennessee. If shipped elsewhere, no state tax will apply.

Q: I bought an item from the former Sharper Image, and it’s broken. What should I do?
We cannot assist with products purchased from the former Sharper Image company, which filed for bankruptcy on February 19, 2008. We are a new company offering a fresh selection of unique and innovative products.
Q: Are there any retail locations?
There are currently no physical Sharper Image store locations. Our official website, www.Sharperimage.com, is the best place to shop for all products. SharperImage.com is your destination for new, unique, and innovative gifts for everyone on your list.
Q: What’s the difference between SharperImage.com and the former Sharper Image?
On May 30, 2008, the assets of the former Sharper Image Corporation were acquired by a joint venture of Hilco Consumer Capital, Gordon Brothers, and Bluestar Alliance. This venture relaunched as SharperImage.com. Through a licensing agreement, Camelot Venture Group, manages and operates the SharperImage.com website and ecommerce platform. SharperImage.com is not affiliated with the former Sharper Image Corporation ("TSIC") which filed for bankruptcy in 2008, nor with any retail stores currently selling Sharper Image licensed products.
Q: My item from the former Sharper Image still has time left on its warranty. Who should I contact?
If you are inquiring about warranties on products purchased from the former Sharper Image before October 2009, we unfortunately do not have information on these warranties. On February 19, 2008, The Sharper Image Corporation (TSIC) filed for bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Since then, a new group of investors acquired certain TSIC assets, including the brand name and the SharperImage.com website.
