Holiday Return Policy
Gift purchases made between October 28, 2024 and December 25, 2024 qualify for our Holiday Return policy. Products purchased in this date range may be returned through February 28, 2025. All returns must still comply with our general return policies as outlined below.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product from SharperImage.com doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 60 days of purchase along with the packing slip. After 60 days, please refer to the original manufacturer's warranty for any product or service issues. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, but shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Exclusions apply; please refer to the Non-Returnable Items list below.

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals/instructions. Items accompanied by a gift receipt from the packing slip may be returned for an electronic gift certificate. Products that have been misused or show signs of excessive wear will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returning a product that is not in resalable condition may result in the forfeiture of the item.

Non-Returnable Items
For reasons such as consumer protection and health codes, certain products cannot be returned. SharperImage.com does not accept returns of the following items, among others. Note: Items that have been opened or used are classified as non-returnable.

• Massage Products

• Hair Trimmers

• Groomers & Razors

• Bedding

• Apparel (Please check the product page for specific return policy details to determine if an item is eligible for return)

• Oral Care Products

• Personal Care Products

• Personalized Product

• Perishable Products (food and live plants)

Massage Chairs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for massage chairs, along with a 20% restocking fee.

Pac-Man/Arcade Game Returns
All purchases of the Pac-Man Arcade game and other arcade games are final sale. If the unit is defective, returns must be authorized in advance by SharperImage.com Customer Service at 1-800-853-2827. Unauthorized returns, including delivery refusals, will incur a restocking fee and freight shipping charges. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, less applicable fees and charges, to the original payment method.

Here, you can review previous orders, select items to return, and print a prepaid FedEx return label through our online return center. For free returns, request a merchandise credit in the form of an e-gift card. Note: Choosing a refund to your original form of payment may result in return shipping and other applicable charges.

Receiving Refunds
SharperImage.com will issue a refund once we receive and process an acceptable return. For items sent to our Returns Center, refunds may take up to 30 days to process, although they are often completed sooner.

Items Purchased by Other Sellers
If you purchased a Sharper Image product from a retail store or another seller, returns or exchanges must be handled directly with the original place of purchase.

SharperImage.com reserves the right to update or modify its return and exchange policies at any time.
