Great product, great company

The control is simple and easy to use(the print could be larger). There are numerous preset massages plus you can choose your own, adjust speed, width. This was a well-engineered product. The voice feature is a nice touch, too. I had a problem with my chair (seat massage quit working), notified Human Touch who got back with a reset procedure (which did not fix the problem). A short time later, I received notice Human Touch was shipping another new chair to replace it. YOU CAN'T DO BETTER THAN THAT! This is my 3rd Human Touch massage chair replacing my first one after 14 years of flawless service. My brother has another well-known brand massage chair. He greatly prefers my chairs over his.

What a great product and company

The first chair proved to be defective when the seat massage quit working. Human Touch got in touch quickly, we tried a quick-fix reset procedure which did not fix it. The next day I received an email stating they would replace the chair. You can't get any better than that! The product is versatile, easy-to-use and reasonably priced.

Great massage chair!

Was hesitant to purchase online, but the chair and shopping experience were very good. Original chair purchased was damaged and a new chair was sent immediately to replace. Use daily and am glad I made the purchase.

Very happy so far

It is everything that is advertised. Solidly built, very well designed and excellent at what it does. Only con is that because I am short (5'6") I don't reach down low enough in the chair to get a good calf massage. But the neck and back massage is to die for!

Wonderful. Don;t want to be without it.

This is our second massage chair. We wore out the first one after 7 years of use. My husband and I both use it every day. It helps keep our muscles relaxed and ease the headaches we get. We wouldn't want to be without it.
