Sharper Image gets HIGH marks for their resolving my problem
My problem that you solved was that there are two places that are very vulnerable to breaking. One side broke of my razor and that is the reason that I needed to return it and have it replaced. Sharper Image sent a new one to be before I had send the broken one back. Thank you very much.
