The massage & heat do a great job on my troublesome back. It's a bit hard, more cushioning would make it perfect but I would still recommend it.

I would buy this again.
I love this. It helps me sit up straight on the couch and reduce my lower back and hip pain. My only criticism is I there is not a light indicator when I have the heat on.
