Smart Purchase with Immediate Results
We used to wake up with dry mouth and nose which was very uncomfortable. After two nights using this humidifier (even if we have slept part of the night with our mouths open), we could feel the fantastic moisture in the air. No more dry throat or inside our noses!! This Vornado® Energy Smart Humidifier has made nighttime pleasant. Best purchase we've made in a long time.

Veranado humidifier
We like this humidifier very much in our bedroom! So quiet, does not leave a film . But I do use a little back Bacteristat in it ! Very little! It shuts off if the humidity reaches where it should be!

I really like this humidifier
After having owned various ultrasonic humidifiers, I can definitively say I'm not going back after owning this model. Evaporative is definitely the better technology. The ultrasonics will spew bacteria in your air unless you clean them daily. And they will leave white dust all over the place unless you exclusively use distilled water, which is expensive and impractical. Any evaporative model eliminates all that. Traditionally, I have experienced that the evaporative models have been loud and thus not appropriate for bedrooms. This model is whisper quiet on the low speed - you can barely hear anything. High speed is loud, but you only need to use that if it's been turned off and you want to raise the humidity as quickly as possible. It can operate most of the time on low and maintain your preferred humidity. Highly recommend!
