Total disappointment
This product was purchased as a gift. The gloves are too small and unusable. I was completely unaware of the NON-RETURN status of this item. So now I am stuck with an unsuitable, ineffective, one hundred dollar + item. Completely disappointed and disillusioned with the company, the Sharper Image. Customer service number not working. Would not recommend purchasing from them, and needless to say will not purchase from them again. Spread the word
