Great phone!!
I bought this because my hearing isn't so good, and hearing aids don't help much. I was frustrated looking for a phone like this because most of those available have poor reviews, and I didn't want to order something that wouldn't work or last a while. I decided to give this one a try and I cay that I highly recommend this phone. It has more features than I will use, and may cost a bit more than others, but this phone is entirely worth every penny. I have the tone set to high because my hearing loss is in the higher frequencies, and also have the volume set to high. I rarely ever need to push the 60 db boost button, but when I do, it is very helpful. I carefully read and followed the directions when setting it up, and it worked well from the start. It feels rugged --definitely not like a cheap phone. I highly recommend it!

The phone didn't have a caller ID display so I didn't keep the phone. I don't order on line too often and seldom return anything. But this was the easiest return ever! Thank you for being customer friendly. I would recommend your business but not that phone

No caller ID display
Love the phone, except NO caller ID display. Otherwise, phone is great. Only reason for not recommending, is NO caller ID display. Thank you.

I bought this for my elderly Mother. When I used the boost button, the volume was loud but there was also a lot of background static noise. It was very bothersome. I will return it.

Hopefully you have phones with message part on it
This apparently DOES NOT HAVE a Message machine Nor does it obviously have NO MINUTES for messages 67 db is HOW LOUD? loud as a Jackhammer, a Scream, Train Whistle NO COMPARISON to a well known sound, ruins your blurb, completely Otherwise it is exactly what I needed The AMPLIFICATION being the most important thing on this phone
Bottom LineNo, I would not recommend to a friend
