perfect
Recently had back surgery, and have also suffered from sciatica for years. This product fits exactly where I need it on my back and the varied massages are wonderful. I use it twice a day and have noticed a definite decrease in my pain.

Pain relief
I sometimes get pain in my middle and lower back especially after a long, stressful work day and this item has been a godsend! Love the U-Shaped design and the fact the massager can be used virtually in any chair since the weight of your body holds in in place.

2nd Time Charm
This unit needs a remote, very hard to set and adjust while using. First unit was defective and had to send back. New unit sent with no hassle or questions asked. Sharper Image gave great service.
