The product itself is as advertised. However,the box containing the Swiss Army Golf Tool was mailed in a padded envelope and was badly crushed in transit, and no "directions" of any kind were included to indicate that it was, indeed, a golf tool and not a traditional Swiss Army Knife. My response was to cut out the description from the catalog and apply it to the least-damaged side of the box; then cover it up with transparent tape. The resulting mess gives no indication that Sharper Image was involved in any way, for which you should be grateful.
