Would never buy or recommend this product

I purchased to bring groceries & such to second floor apartment. It does not roll up the steps. I had to lift it every step. Much easier to bring groceries up by hand. The stairs to my apartment are open back. If you have stairs like pictured (closed in front) it may work. Nowhere is there a disclaimer stating it will not work with open steps. Had to pay for shipping both ways to make the return.
