These are perfect if you want to blink you're eyes, plenty of room for your eye lashes. They are Very comfortable . I don't even use the blue light. Tried all types and this is the best sleep mask out there.

It works!

I use the mask every night, and even keeping the strap loose it blocks light. The foam around the eyes means nothing touches my eyelashes. I occasionally use the light portion, and it does work well. Getting to sleep is much easier.
