Ok…let's be pragmatic. This is a well constructed device…first of all. It all depends on what you need. I'm impressed by the quality of construction. So in that regard it IS worth the price. I use it to control leg muscle spasms it occasionally get from sleeping positions. So suggestions: There is some effort required to install it on your legs. When you first open the package, it can be confusing. Do this: there are 4 sections for each leg. Note L vs R. The sections are: Foot, Calf, Knee, Thigh. All sections can be closed with Velcro. The Foot section is the only section that is stitched closed at the toe end. DON'T CUT THIS! It's supposed to be. Set up each leg. Place your foot in and close the Velcro to fit. Wrap the knee section around your knee and fit the Velcro. Do this for both legs and don't ever undo it. Now…when you put it on, slip your legs through the knee section and slip into the foot. Now you can wrap the calf and thigh sections with Velcro. This is how to put it on. Reverse the process to take it off. Don't undo the Velcro on the foot or knee sections. Next…this unit has a heat pump and an air pump in the control handle….takes power! Charge it completely before use…check all bars on the led screen on the control handle…3 hours. Otherwise, don't waste your time. Leave the USB plug into power while you use the unit. The unit has different modes that can be viewed on the led screen on the control handle. It shows a graphic of air pressure input locations…experiment with the modes. The unit will shut down in 15 minutes. To continue, turn the power back on in the control handle and select your mode.

My mom has lymphedema and has serious swelling in her legs. We have tried ace bandages, legs lifted, and compression stockings with no luck. I purchased this machine in December and it has been used once a week with great results. Her edema reduces after use. We will try to use two times a week and hope the swelling stays down longer. I highly recommend!

Great for tired sore legs I have a medical issue I use them for my pains, while my wife is still working on her feet all day and she loves the soothing comfort from these leg wraps the heat feature is a plus. It take a little getting use to putting them on.

I am so glad I decided to purchase the compression leg wraps. I have swelling in my legs and very poor circulation. In addition, like many people, I sit at a desk for work. These are so easy to use and feel great. I set aside time to read and use them, or sometimes I use them while I work at my desk. I love that they have levels of pressure so others in my house can use them if they want to. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised and convinced this device would work for me. I have had surgery for varicose leg veins and used compression stockings as a nurse on her feet. Even my cardiologist recommended that his mother as a passenger uses these on long car rides. (One would need a car lighter adapter to use an electrical plug.)
