Just awesome
I was skeptical at spending so much but figured if I am spending this much on e-bike then safety is a must. I have to say, it was worth every penny

Great product
Easy install, great price. Wife and I have one. This provides much better coverage than rear view mirror (which is blocked by my shoulders). We have more confidence on seeing cars approaching, especially the quiet electric cars. Strong recommendation to buy.

Love it!
I live in the city, and I love riding my bike around. Sometimes it can be scary riding a bike downtown. Cars and trucks can be unpredictable when riding in the bike lane. So, when I came across this Rearview Bicycle Camera, I thought I would try it out. I love it! It works great and is easy to install. It has helped with my blind spots when riding downtown.

It is a good product with some issues
This was given to me as a gift. I installed it and while it was very impressive in my garage I soon found two major issues. 1, Depending on the time of day and direction you are riding the sun can make it impossible to see the screen. Yes you can change the angle of the screen but it in my case made it harder to see. 2. The battery does not last long enough. I went out for a casual 30 mile ride and the battery went out 3/4 of the way through. I was hoping to use this on a week long tour but if it will not last for 30 what will I do on a 60 mile ride.

I will never purchase anything from Sharper Image again.
Customer service is terrible. I accidentally put 2 cameras in my cart. I thought I would be able to fix it when I reviewed the cart. Nope. It took being on hold for 45 minutes to have my call answered. I was told that the order could not be changed because I took too long to speak to someone. After 25 minutes the order could not be changed a supervisor told me, regardless of the fact that I called immediately and I was on hold for longer than 25 minutes
