The Rapid Cooling Reversible Pillow features two sides for the ultimate in comfort!
• Dual-sided cooling pillow
• One side features 12 individual pockets of the softest poly fibers
• The other side features a memory foam insert covered with a cooling gel layer
• Another small poly pouch is included to further adjust the pillow from soft to medium to firm
• Ideal for stomach sleepers, side sleepers and back sleepers
• Cover is constructed of FRIO fibers for a rapid chill if needed, plus a Tencel® blend for a dry, temperature regulating effect in all seasons
• Fits in all standard size pillowcases
• Machine wash, tumble dry (remove gel insert before washing)

Love this pillow!
This pillow helps control my hot flashes at night and since I've started using it I sleep MUCH more soundly at night. I don't wake up sweating because of hot flashes. I even purchased another one to keep at our hunting cabin!

No more hot nights!
I can't stand being hot at night, and have gone through many cooling pillows. I am glad I found this model, as it is super comfortable, cools very very quickly, and has some other bells and whistles that I end up using! Washes well too, which can be an underestimated part of buying a pillow.
