Great Product!
I've been wanting to try a laser hair remover for a while now, but I wanted to try it in the comfort of my home. While researching a product to try I was shocked at how expensive some of the laser hair removers could be! Even the look of some of the laser hair removers started to turn me away from wanting to purchase one because they looked like they would be complicated to use. I was about to give up until I found this product. It was a reasonable price and it looked like it was easy to use. I am really glad that I decided to try this product because not only is it easy to use it actually works! All you have to do is charge the Professional Laser Facial Hair Remover with the USB cable, pick your skin tone and it's ready to use! One of the nice features about the USB charger is that different color lights tell you when the product is charging and when it's ready to use, red for charging and orange for when it's done. I also really like the shape of this product because it fits nicely in my hand and it is easier to target the areas on my face that I want to remove hair. This product is virtually painless and so much better than my alternative, waxing!

Defective Device
I wanted to buy this product for facial hair removal for many years now. Recently, I finally caved in and bought it regardless of what it was costing me to do so. I charged this device for 1 hour, and nothing happened. Today, I charged it again, this time for 6 hours. Still nothing. No lights are coming on when I twist the bottom half to turn it on. Hopefully Sharper Image will reimburse me the money I spent in shipping both ways because it is going back just as soon as possible, and I have no intention of getting another one at this time.
Bottom LineNo, I would not recommend to a friend
