I bought it for me but the second one for my mom
I've bought several so called travel radios but the reception was awful. Not the case with this little guy. It pulls in stations the car radio doesn't get. And it's so tiny

I would buy this product again.
I primarily use this radio when I'm working outside and it's great for that. Some reviews say that it's too lightly built, but I don't think so. You do need to be a little careful when opening the battery compartment, but it's not really a problem. Would be nice if it had a ear bud jack.

Pricey but does what it should...
Had a $50 gift certificate that I needed to spend, and this radio fit the bill exactly. It seemingly does exactly what it says, with pre-set radio stations for weather alerts. Have not had to use it yet but presume it will work should the time come. My only issue is that the radio is very light weight, with questionable durability. If I did not have the gift card, I never would have purchased it at this price.

The product is not it's cracked up to be. Although the product is handy, as any portable radio, it only gets 5 weather stations. If you live in a rural area, you will not be able to utilize the FM/AM receptions.Even though,the material looks like it is heavy duty it is not that durable. Nonetheless, it's an okay product but you're better off getting a radio with weather features.
