Just the ticket for relief from the heat
I use my neckband cooler while I'm doing cardiac rehab sessions. The various speeds come in handy when the temperature rises. Have recommended it numerous times to others.

Great for a Quick Cool Down!
This product is simple but perfect for a quick cool down on a hot day. I highly recommend it. Another good use is in the winter when it is hot in the room you might be in and you prefer some cool air blowing on you.
