Not for Sleeping in a Reclined Position
This was purchased for the purpose of sleeping in an elevated, yet reclined position. However, I found that the elevation was so high that I would slide down if sleeping. It would make a great pillow for elevating one's legs if they were swollen, though, and it seems like it would work best on a more firm bed. I returned mine (return shipping is very expensive!), so make sure your intended use is suited to the pillow's actual design!

Finally A Pillow That Does the Job
I've tried several "knee wedge" products. This one has proven the most comfortable to use. It doesn't pinch" the knees too much, so my circulation isn't impeded. Even my cats seem to like it!

What the Doctor Ordered
I've had difficulty finding a product that helps me keep my knees properly raised all night. This pillow has provided a good solution. It stays in place, so I do get a better night's sleep. Also, it doesn't impede circulation through the knees as much as other solutions I've tried.

No more fighting with my pillows
I hating fighting my pillows for the right position when I want to read, watch TV or play with my tablet. The Multi Position pillow does the trick every time. Super comfortable and easy to maneuver into just the right position. I love it.
