So far, so good!
I am impacted by seasonal blues. I tried to use a table standing light therapy lamp but found it to be difficult to use and was not effective, so I returned the lamp. While searching for another option I ran across Luminette glasses and I'm so glad I did! I've been using them for ~10 days and can feel my mood lifting all ready. They're so lightweight you hardly notice they are on and are very easy to use - and they look very cool, too! I wear them first thing in the morning while sorting my emails and having coffee. I first thought they would impair reading, but they don't at all. They are one of the higher-priced options out there, but I believe it will turn out to be a great investment. The design and materials are first rate, and I don't know how they could be improved. I'm very pleased I decided to purchase Luminette glasses and would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a light therapy option. And shipping was very fast!

I think I can tell a difference already
My situation is unique. I have metastatic breast cancer, spread to multiple bones, throughout my body and I am on an oral chemo (yes, it actually IS chemo, but it's an oral preparation.) I don't sleep well at night and I have so little energy during the day. So, rather than taking some other pill for those issues, I decided to try something natural, these light therapy glasses. I had a SAD light from years ago but never used it because when you do you can't be doing much of anything else (have to look straight into it.) Theses are VERY convenient to use and, so far, a bit soon to really know, but so far I actually am feeling a difference after just three days. I have more energy during the day and am falling asleep better at night. And I just feel happier, like I am smiling right this moment, for no good reason. :D. I so hope it works for any who try it. I got it with a nice sale (I think I was offered 20% because of giving my email address, ugh!, but worth it!)
