I'm very glad I bought this product.
My first use was one a 1 1/2 inch filet mignon, and it worked perfectly. The steak was done as advertised and very tasty. I will probably buy another one.

Perfectly cooked meat!
I've been cooking for close to 60 years and have tried many gadgets over the years. This one works! So far I have only used it on steak, but it produces the perfect steak every time. The best part about it is you no longer need to cut into the meat, so none of the juices are lost. It comes in a magnetic case which is small and light. I stick it right on the side of my refrigerator. It's a bit pricey, but with my order I received a $25 gift card, so I ordered a second one. It truly takes the guesswork out of cooking steak. Perfect every time!
