Only DEEP tissue massage chair
Have had sore shoulders, neck and back for several years due to being a dentist and young kids. Have had a knot near my right shoulder blade that's been there since 2010. Wife and friend urged my to get a real massage at Massage Envy (done 7/30/16). Great. Beforehand, I had tried the Luraco i7 chair. On 8/6/16, I stopped by Brookstone, and sat in 3 different chairs, all were ok (liked the Renew 2). But none delivered DEEP tissue. I remembered many years ago, sitting in a chair at Sharper Image in a mall, and it hurt a little. So did some research, found the Human Touch brand was available at Havety's. On 8/7/16, went and tried both Human Touch chairs. First, this chair, DEEP tissue. Next, the Zero Gravity Immersion was ok, but not DEEP tissue. Tried this chair again, just to make sure. Without a doubt, if you want a DEEP tissue massage experience, this is the chair. Also, you don't have to schedule an appointment or make time for it. It is available 24/7. I don't care if it only works a year of the warranty, it is well worth it. No human on earth can do for me what this chair does. BTW, knot near shoulder blade is gone, and soreness in neck and shoulders is gone.

My husband loves this chair!!!
I surprised my husband with this chair. He has used it EVERY day since & says he has never slept better! He said his back isn't as stiff in the mornings either! He told me this is the best gift I have ever given him!

This is a wonderful chair
Wow! This chair is absolutely amazing. The quality of this chair exceeds far above the more expensive chairs out there! I couldn't be happier with it! Not your average massage chair. Not only just your back but your calves, thighs, back and neck!! Amazing!

Human Touch 7.1
I'm an active person, trained in psychotherapy, trauma, yoga & therapeutic massage. I invested in this chair as a self care device. I researched quite a bit, read many reviews before deciding on this purchase. I chose this chair because it isn't bulky, it swivels & is attractive. It looks nice in its room. The upper part of the body massage, especially the neck area can be extremely intense, if that's what's preferred. So be ready to expect that & exercise caution. A remote is available to customize the type of desired massage. A full body experience is fine, while each separate area (upper, middle, lower & legs) can be programmed to your liking. This chair, however, does not offer a full body experience in one sitting ( not the thighs, arms, hands). & that's unfortunate, because the overall massage experience is pretty good. Additionally, I hadn't realized, until I received the chair, that feet need to be placed directly over the lower compartment in order to receive a foot massage. So you're not totally relaxed. Otherwise, feet just hang over during a full body massage.

great purchase for a stiff tired body after work
There is nothing I look more forward to after everyone is settled in bed, is to settle into my massage chair to relax, and wind down in my massage chair. It helps me to clear my head, and destress before trying to go to sleep. A very good purchase! PRICELESSS

Disappointed in chair size
This chair sit very low to the ground and is very conpact sitting space. My 6" husband uses the chair for back issues and he looks cramped. There is no side pocket to store the control so it has to sit on the floor. This is the second Human Touch chair we purchased from Sharper Image and wore the first one out. This is a bottom end chair in the Human Touch styles. Very disappointed for the price we paid.
