The Hot and Cold Facial Toner is a new approach to facial sculpting. It uses patented Cryolipolysis technology to help reduce unwanted fat while shrinking pores, improving skin texture and helping reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.• Compact and portable facial beauty device
• Cryolipolysis (a.k.a. "cool sculpting") technology cools down to a specific temperature (-2°F) that freezes fat cells yet does not harm the surrounding skin. After the fat cells are frozen, the body naturally dissolves and flushes them out.
• For use on the cheekbones, jawline, chin and neck areas
• Multiple technologies combine to help you look and feel your best:
- Rejuvenation Mode (Green Sono Light + Vibrating Massage): features 12,000 ultrasonic vibrations per second to help massage, calm and firm the skin, refine pores and reduce sagging.
- Sculpting Mode (Blue Cooling Light): Freeze technology is used in conjunction with Blue cooling light to help optimize the fat reduction process.
- Circulation Mode (Red Thermo Light): Reaches up to 104°F to promote circulation and help flush fat out. Targets wrinkles and fine lines.
• Recommended usage: up to 20 minutes/day (maximum) on any given area of the face, using each stage for 5 minutes. Start at 2 minutes per area and then work your way up as you get comfortable. Target multiple different areas throughout the same day.
• Operates up to 3 hours on a full charge

Instructions are horrible!
There is plastic clip that sits on this device that it comes with. Problem is no where in the manual does it tell you what and when you are to use it?! It does even list it in what's included in set!
