Not a good fit
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband, but unfortunately, it fit my 9 year old daughter, not my 49 year old husband.

Uncomfortable
I find this cushion to be uncomfortable while seated in my recliner—upright or reclined. The warmth is very minimal. I'm disappointed and it is not returnable after opening because it is a personal item.

Seat is fit for a child/teenager
While I enjoyed the massage and air hug. The seat is waaay too small. Unless you're a petite person. It's like a booster chair for a child. I bought this as a gift for my husband, who laughed when he opened it. I wouldn't purchase this again.

Portable Heated Massage Chair 208694 Not as Advertised
This is VERY small. I am not a big person, and my hips are very narrow. (5'6", 154lb) I tried to sit on it and had to squeeze to get in. The back only goes up 11 inches from the seat, which means you are not supported from the middle of your back to your neck. I think might work for a child. I called SharperImage within 20 minutes of receiving this. While I am going to return it, I am upset at the Return Fee of 43.90. I spoke to a representative regarding this, citing that the dimensions should be corrected. This is what their website says: Dimensions: 19.3" L x 18.5" W x 13.8" H. The width of the flat area you sit on is only 11 inches. See Photo. Not many people have hips that narrow!! Please be aware before ordering!! Customer C

Don't buy
I bought this for my mother who has back issues. It's very small, we're petite so no problem. It's very uncomfortable and I thought I could do the heat without massage, can't. Cannot return since opened.

I would never buy this product again
Too expensive, provides little heat, instructions are poorly written, returnable if you qualify with hardly any reasonable amount of money after paying a return fee and shipping. I also did not receive the storage bag after paying for it.
