It helps my back, the price is right.
So when I first tried it, a couple of the bumps inflated then they stopped moving and I thought I broke it or it was not functioning properly, then I understood it holds various stretch positions. It is important to let your weight just go on it and not resist the movements. Its a wonderful product.
