Unlike others, I am satisfied with this purchase.
I have 1st generation neck wrap. The replacement has the same specs but no switches for temperature control. It can be used on the older wrap but it's always on high.Newer wrap power button sets temp.

Would not buy this item again.
The battery that comes with the heat wrap has output power indicators that also act as recharge indicators. I was thinking that these indicators were covered up buy the red piece that is shown on the replacement battery but it is not. There are no indicators on the replacement battery indicating power level usage or charge status. For $49.99 I would think you would get the original type of battery that came with the heat wrap. Very disappointed.

Doesn't fit tightly enough or get warm enough, it's a waste of money.

Doesn't work!
I ordered an extra Battery for the Cordless Heat Therapy Wrap and it would not connect or work! I sent it back and they sent another one and it doesn't work. I've given up! I do like the Cordless Heat Therapy Wrap very much! Just wish the Extra Batteries would work!!! Very disappointed!
