This is a great gift for kids!
I bought 2 of these for my grand kids for Christmas. There are 2 families - one of 4 boys (ages 7-14) and one of a boy (age 10) and girl (age 7). I am just sick of getting them screens and electronics that are sedentary. Well, the kids loved the gifts. The four boys played with this for a week before the little one (who is very competitive and has an amazing punch) broke the bag. HOWEVER, the boy from the second family who is not very athletic and quite retiring is, as his mother says: "obsessed with the punching bag. First thing he does when he gets up in the morning. Great gift." In my way of thinking, this is totally worth the money! I am so glad to have gotten something that the kids all love. And breakage happens!!!!

Endless Fun for All Ages!
I purchased the Electronic Boxing Bag for my grandson for his birthday, and he absolutely loves playing with it. He can't wait to begin boxing when he's older - this is a great introduction toy that will be beneficial for years to come.

Great toy
Bought it for a four year old and the whole family uses it. Great fun. The only problem was it came with a leak so couldn't fill it with water completely.

Inoperable electronic functions
The idea of this bag is great, and would be ideal for a 5-to-7-year old because it is short. Also, none of the electronic functions have worked.

Leaks water
This was a Christmas gift for my 9 year old daughter. We inflated and filled the base with water day after Christmas. The next morning, our floor had a huge puddle. Pretty sure it came like that because we had it on a clean wood floor. We have yet to try to get sand in winter to see if that will hold. I gave it 2 stars because the one day she used it, she enjoyed immensely.

Poor Quality. Leans to one side. Electronic feature is a joke. What are they different boxing gadget about a year ago and it waaay surpassed this item.

Terrible product, Terrible customer service
Purchased for 8 year old for Christmas. Decided it would be better to fill the base with sand in case it popped (so we wouldn't get water everywhere). It took us 6 hours to fill the base with sand because the hole wasn't big enough. Then my kid punched a hole in the bag within the first two minutes playing with it. Sharper Image insisted we send it back, in original packaging. We tried to get the sand out but that worked as well as it did to get the sand in. Finally shipped the whole 50 lb thing back with the sand two weeks ago, and have heard nothing from Sharper Image. Will never shop with them again.
