Due to the unique nature of this product, there are several steps needed to complete your order. Here is what you can expect:
1. Within 7-10 days of ordering, you will receive a voucher in the mail from our partner, AllBobbleheads.com. This voucher will contain a unique coupon code to redeem on their site.
2. When you receive your voucher, go to www.AllBobbleheads.com to select a body (and other options) from the drop-down menus.
3. After you choose a body and select your options, you will upload front and side-facing photos of your subject.
4. Our team of Bobble Head artists will handcraft a custom head just for you, and send you a proof via email for you to approve.
5. Once you have approved your custom head, we will ship your Custom Bobble Head figure to you. This may take approximately 9 to 12 weeks.
• Voucher purchase is for the basic option offered by AllBobbleheads. Additional features and upgrades may be subject to additional fees at time of checkout at www.AllBobbleheads.com.

I ordered five of these, and every person who received their bobblehead was very happy. The revision process is straightforward, and the artists are responsive to the customer's feedback throughout the process, making changes in response to feedback. I also ordered one for my husband. The Bobblehead we received is an absolute work of art - looks just like him!
