Too much pain

The unit might do its job of removing plaque, but even at the slowest speed, the treatment hurt my gums, and areas in the back of the mouth were impossible for me to reach.

Not As Expected

This tool promises to easily remove unwanted plaque. However the design and angle made it difficult to reach the areas of most of my teeth that needed cleaning. If you only want to clean the outer surfaces that it's fine. Interior is not easy to access and complete a decent cleaning.

I would like to remove that 1 star because…

There is not a 0 or negative rating. This plaque remover is a dangerous little took which can cut your gums and lips because it is essentially a narrow metal blade. You could also remove enamel from your teeth without intending too. Also, it is not returnable ostensibly because it is a personal grooming device. I do not recall seeing a cautionary statement or a non refundable statement in the catalog. How is the buyer supposed to determine the efficacy of this tool without using it? Buyer beware!
