Best Headset 4 me
This headset can also be used in the ear. I use it in my ear more than as a clip on. Very comfortable. Fits my small ear very well. Battery holds well. Clear incoming voices an outgoing. Media sounds awesome thru it.

Simple and SAFE Bluetooth Headset.
I stopped using my old BT Headset because I didn't want it on my head all day. I can clip this on my shirt or jacket and then when someone calls, I put it in my ear and I'm in business! Easier on the ear
I had the impression from the description and photo that there would only be the one piece that clips on clothing, and was surprised that it had to be connected by a wire and there was a separate earpiece. It has also taken me a while to get used to the controls. The battery has less than half the time of my old one, so I have to charge it more often. The best part is that the earpiece is very comfortable. My old one became uncomfortable after just a short time wearing it.

Versatile , unique design
I've been looking for a bluetooth earphone without the tangling wire and can be attached to my body when not used. This is the one. It has optional additional wired earbud to make the sound stereo (R+L). The clip is the key feature. Without the clip, I'd just set it on the table, left in the car, and easily lost when not used.

Finally found something close to what I needed
I have been using the clip on bluetooth such as Motorola, Samsung that can plug in a standard stereo earphone or mono. Good thing about these is that you can take out the earbud when not using so that you don't always have a bud plugged in your ear all the time which affect your hearing and balance. Problem is that there is a earphone wire. When I take it out from ear, don't know where to put it, hang around my neck, put it in my chest pocket, and mostly the earphone just died after a while (as quick as 2 month). I was looking for a in ear device without any wire, and yet I can take it out of my ear and clip to some part of my clothes. Without the clipping to something, this device will be lost soon since you will put it in your pocket, set it on desk, chair. No consistence will lose it quickly. This Cliptooth overall design is good, sound quality is good. However the clipping mechanism on the clipping lever is doubtful. The pressing point to open the clip is on the earbud which is too much pressure on the earbud piece. The clipping will happen 1000 times or more a year. How durable is that earbud before my thumb break the its neck or the delicate earbud. I will still recommend it if you are looking for the some feature like I am.

easy to break

Fragile hinge broke immediately.
This is the most fragile Bluetooth I've ever encountered. I rec'd the first one which had broken in transit at the joint....it was never opened. The second one broke the very first time I used it...right out of the box. The hinge is so fragile as to not useful. It snapped changing the earpiece. I won't buy another one.
