Innovative Design for Squeaky Clean Floors
The brilliant part of this mop is the separate reservoirs for dirty and clean water. It really makes my floors sparkle and shine. This is the best mop I've come across. I recommend this to anyone with hardwood or laminate floors.

Useless, doesn't work and waste too much water. Total ripoff
I had high expectations for the performance, but it was a disappointment. It doesn't work, and Sharper Image charges more than $20 to ship it back. How to lose a customer in a zinc!
