Heavenly!
Love it! It works so so good! I have back pain in my upper back and lower back. In the morning it is the worse pain you can ever imagine. I do not go to a chiropractor or physical therapist. I have been doing stretches every morning to alleviate some of the pain but when it's time to go to bed, I dread it because I know the pain will come back completely. I just received this and I tried it for the first time today. I only laid on it for 5 minutes(the recommended maximum time per day). It is a miracle.. a real miracle... that I feel so much relief after being in agony for months, in just 5 minutes. I will use this every morning. This machine has become the life line to enjoying my life again. I'm so happy I made this picture. Please do not hesitate to buy this, your back will love you. Btw, I didn't roll my body forward and back. I just laid down on it and felt major relief. Thank you, Sharper Image. I really thought I was doomed to feel this dreaded back pain forever.

So far so good
Received as gift for Christmas. Used it every other day and my back feels great after using. It was a little tough using at start as my back was/is very tight. A little painful. But after a few uses it became easier.

Very hard balls - right painful
Watching the Video of the girl laying on this and rolling back and forth seemed great. But when I laid down it was very painful because the balls are so hard. I thought if these were tennis balls - that would give a little - would probably work much better. So I was unable to roll myself back and forth because of the pain of just the balls "Hurting" so. Also make sure your hair is on top of your head. It will get rolled up in the balls and hurt like crazy. Your not only stuck on something so painful it is hurting - when your hair gets caught up in it - you really can't move. With my back issues - was hoping this would massage my back muscles. But I find a tennis ball in sock , leaning against a wall and moving around is much more comfortable.
