I love this frame.
I have the frame at my office with pictures of my grandson. My boss remarked how much he liked it. It has great pictures and was easy to set up.

It's not easy to setup and download pics.
I'm still trying to get the WiFi to connect with my cloud so o can download pictures. It's more complicated than I expected.

Wish i hadn't thrown the box away
Not impressed with this digital frame. The software is really crazy to setup. And if I hadn't thrown the box it came in away, I would send it back. Not what I thought it would be.

Stopped Working after Initial Setup.
This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. First, which app to download for the frame was frustrating. Customer support for PhotoShare frame informed me the recommended app in the instructions was obsolete and download another. Fine. I test uploaded a few pics with the new app and everything seemed fine, if the frame itself seemed finicky and difficult to make changes. I purchased this in the beginning of August 2022. It is October 18, 2022 and I discovered when I went to update the test pictures, the app was not sending the pics to the frame or deleting the ones I no longer wanted to show on the frame. I couldn't even manually delete from the frame itself--it kept saying I had no internet connectivity, etc. I have Google Fiber in a super connected area of the U.S. I run a business from home and homeschool and have MANY devices that need fast speed--I cannot work without it, so I know it wasn't my wifi/internet. I did everything I could think of including reaching out to PhotoShare customer service again. I followed their instructions--still they insisted it must be the poor connection. This is critical because the frame does NOT allow you to do ANYTHING without being connected to the internet--not even factory reset! That is absurd. I am seriously frustrated that I got busy with family and business and realized too late the product is junk. The return window has closed. Beware.
