Very good bag.
The bag is well designed and sturdy. I wish the shoulder strap had a pad to keep it in place and soften the pull on the shoulder. The two outside zipper pulls are attached with a very thin jump ring which will likely break with extended use. I will probably replace them with something more sturdy.
